What are the leasing terms?
Chicle Building requires 1/2 month security deposit plus the first month’s rent at lease signing. Lease terms are available for 12 - 18 months. Shorter lease terms will be considered on an invidividual basis.
Is there a charge for parking?
The Chicle Building has a nominal fee of $30.00 a month to park inside a heated parking garage. Outdoor surface lot parking is also available at no charge.
Are pets allowed?
Chicle Building welcomes cats. Dogs are welcome at the Landlord's discretion.
How many units are in the building?
Chicle Building offers 14 one-bedroom suites and 9 two-bedroom suites
What are the plans for Phase II?
Phase II construction began in summer of 2007 with the addition of for-sale townhomes*. Amenities are planned for and will be offered to the residents of The Chicle Building. This is a very exciting project with the architecture to reflect a "post industrial resort."
